Tuition Scholarships for ICSP Students at the University of Oregon (USA)

International students who demonstrate financial need and high merit may apply to the University of Oregon's International Cultural Service Program (ICSP). Tuition-waiver scholarships ranging from $9,000 to $27,000 are awarded to selected ICSP students.

Clark University's Global Scholars Program (United States)

Clark University's Global Scholars Program is open to high school students who are NOT permanent residents or citizens of the United States, as well as U.S. citizens/permanent residents who live abroad and will complete their full secondary school education outside the United States. The grant includes a scholarship of no less than $15,000 (renewable, subject to restrictions) and a guaranteed $2,500 taxable stipend for a paid internship or research assistantship.

Scholarship for Emerging Global Leaders at American University (USA)

The American University Emerging Global Leader Scholarship is intended for high-achieving overseas students who are committed to constructive civic and social change and aspire to pursue a Bachelor's Degree at the American University. It is designed for students who plan to return home to help under-resourced and underserved communities in their home country.  The AU EGL scholarship pays for full tuition as well as housing and board.

The International Leader of Tomorrow Award at the University of British Columbia (Canada) 

The University of British Columbia (UBC) offers bachelor's degrees to brilliant secondary and post-secondary international students from all around the world.  The value of scholarships is proportionate to documented financial need, up to full tuition and living expenses for the relevant program of study.

International Student Scholarship Program at York University (Canada)

York University provides Global Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarships, United World College Scholarships, and International Entrance Scholarships to international students who wish to pursue a full-time undergraduate degree at the University of York.  For a four-year degree program, the scholarships range from $68,000 to $112,000 USD.

Oxford Scholarships (United Kingdom)

A number of Oxford colleges provide Reach Oxford Scholarships to students from developing countries who are unable to study for a degree in their home countries due to political or financial constraints, or because equal educational facilities do not exist.  The scholarships cover university and college tuition, a living allowance, and one return flight fare every year.

Westminster International Full Scholarships (UK)

The University of Westminster provides foreign scholarships to students from developing and middle-income countries who wish to pursue a full-time undergraduate degree at the University. Tuition fee waivers, housing, living expenses, and flights to and from London are all provided. The scholarship will be renewed each year if academic achievement is good.

International Undergraduate Scholarships in Melbourne (Australia)

The University of Melbourne established the overseas Undergraduate Scholarships in recognition of the considerable contribution made by overseas students to the variety of the University's student community. The scholarship covers full or partial tuition expenses for the first year of an undergraduate degree.

International Scholarship at Australian National University (Australia)

Academic Excellence Scholarships (AES) are available to high-achieving international students from all countries (excluding New Zealand) across all undergraduate programs at La Trobe. The scholarships are non-renewable tuition fee awards ranging from $10,000 to $20,000 paid over the course of two semesters (or twelve months).

International First-Year Scholarships at the University of Canterbury (New Zealand)

Top-achieving international students pursuing an undergraduate degree program at the University of Canterbury are eligible for the UC International First-Year Scholarship.  The scholarship is presently valued at $10,000, $15,000, or $20,000.

Global Scholarships at Lund University for Non-EU/EEA Students (Sweden)

The Lund University Global Scholarship Programme is designed for outstanding academic students from countries outside the European Union/European Economic Area (including Switzerland) who wish to undertake Bachelor's Degree courses at the University.  Scholarships may cover up to 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% of tuition.
